About Brian

It's not surprising that Brian Doyle has become the captivating musician he is today. Music has been a significant part of his life since his earliest memories in the lively Celtic music community on Cape Breton Island. His own family, the Chisholms, provided a rich musical foundation that propelled him into his successful career.

Brian has been performing on stage since he was only fourteen years old and has made a name for himself in the Rock and Blues scenes, including his band "Greyloch," a fusion group that blends Celtic and Rock music. In 2000, they were even nominated for an East Coast Music Award in the Rock Album of the Year category. Brian is eager to collaborate with other talented musicians globally, and his versatility and talent have taken him on tours throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe. As a frequent performer at Broad Cove, Brian brings his unique Celtic flair to our stage.
