The Broad Cove Scottish Concert, located 3 km north of Inverness on Route 19, is a renowned outdoor Scottish concert in Cape Breton. This concert is of great importance to our music culture and Scottish heritage. Our dedicated volunteers have made this event possible over the years. The entertainment comprises traditional piping, fiddlers, dancing, and vocals. The concert starts at 3:00 pm on the last Sunday of July and offers ample parking, a canteen, washrooms, security, and a beer tent for those aged 19 and above. It is held on the grounds of St. Margaret of Scotland Church at 178 Broad Cove Marsh Road.

Headlined by the 2024 EMCA Indigenous Artist of the Year, Morgan Toney, and the multi-talented Mary Frances Leahy, the 68th Broad Cove Scottish Concert promises an afternoon of exciting Scottish music and dance. Other performances include traditional fiddling, piping, step-dancing, highland dancing, Gaelic singing, and much more. The show begins at 3:00 pm on July 28, rain or shine.
