Melody Cameron

Melody Cameron resides in Mabou, Cape Breton, on the same small dairy farm where her husband Derrick grew up. They have been performing music together across Canada's Maritime Provinces and the New England States, receiving a warm reception from audiences. They have also shared the stage with other Cape Breton musicians at the Stan Rogers Folk Festival, the Washington Irish Folk Festival, and various Celtic Colours International Festival concerts where they emceed, managed the stage, and were featured performers. In recent years, Melody has been running a dance school in Mabou, teaching the next generation of local dancers.
